Psychoanalytic [Otherwise known as Psychodynamic] Counselling is the "OG" counselling. It is a type of talk therapy that focuses on exploring how your unconscious mind, past experiences, and early relationships—especially those from childhood—affect your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. If you want to find the route cause of a problem or understand how childhood affected you this may be the right counselling for you!
Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that helps people create positive change by focusing on solutions rather than problems. This is for situations which are happening currently and looking at ways to move forward in a manageable way
